We are the designers and manufacturers of the Faceless Sleezy. Invented in 2010, this product filled the need of miniature horse owners who wanted a headless sleazy. Now, there are knock-offs, poor quality imitations, and cheap imports. Look for our label in each product with our logo and registered trademark. The original is still the best!
The miniature horse fleece-lined faceless sleezy comes with your choice of an ABS side-release buckle or Velcro closure on the girth strap. Build your own sleazy and get the features you want.  You can upgrade the girth elastic to heavy-duty elastic and/or add a center yoke between the front legs. Also, you have the option to add a heavy-duty YKK Vislon zipper. It’s made to order just for you and your mini!

In general, most minis tolerate things pulled over their heads. Therefore, it is easy to put on a Faceless Sleezy. Open the wide Velcro on the neck opening, putting your horse’s head through. Slide it down to the shoulders. Close the girth strap on the side. Adjust the Velcro neck opening at the throatlatch, snuggly, to prevent the slinky from sliding down. If you have an overlap of the Velcro, you can trim off the excess. Finally, your faceless sleazy should fit smoothly, like swimwear, but not too tight to create a rub.
Personalize your miniature horse fleece-lined faceless sleazy with your monogram or name, your mini’s name, or advertise your farm or ranch. We’ll embroider up to 12 characters per line (including spaces). We recommend selecting a contrasting thread color that will show up.
Because the miniature horse fleece hoodie contains 54% polyester/ 34% nylon/ 12% Lycra, they are machine washable. Air dries fast. Also, follow our simple Care Instructions for best results.
Polartec Power Stretch fleece is ideal because it allows maximum freedom of movement with clean profiles. Adaptable to changing weather conditions, Polartec Power Stretch makes an excellent warm outer covering.
How does this work? Moisture and high humidity next to the skin cause discomfort. Â Polartec fleece will keep the skin dry because the fabric is very breathable and does not restrict the movement of moisture vapor. Â When the fabric’s inner surface touches the horse’s body it will draw off the sweat. The fabric wicks the sweat off the skin to the outside of the fabric, where it then spreads rapidly for evaporation. When the sweat reaches the outside of the fabric, it spreads out to many times its original surface area, enabling it to dry at least twice as fast as cotton.
Polartec Power Stretch fleece provides warmth without the weight and bulk of traditional insulating fabrics. Â It is also wind-resistant to reduce the effect of wind chill. Â When used under looser fitting winter hoods, it prevents rubbing or use it alone on cool spring and fall days. Â Keep your horse warm and comfortable while protecting and polishing the hair coat.
