SHIPPING COSTS:We think it should be easy to get products into your home that you’ll feel good about owning, so we made our shipping costs pretty straight-forward: For all orders, economy shipping (first class mail or parcel ground) is a flat rate anywhere in the USA. If you would like your package insured, please contact us for the current rate. We do not charge any hidden handling fee or other excessive charges. We believe in an honest, fair, and reasonable shipping rate for our customers.
WE USE UPS and USPS: All products are sent UPS or USPS with a tracking number. We will email you a tracking number when your items are shipped so you can track the delivery from our door to yours. You can choose which service you want to use. If you choose USPS, it can be shipped to PO Boxes for more secure delivery. Economy Shipping is USPS First Class Mail if it is under 1lb or USPS Parcel Post if it is over 1lb. Economy shipping usually takes 6-8 business days. However, USPS makes deliveries on Saturday. If you want faster delivery, we offer you choices with USPS and UPS. Please expect longer shipping times prior to Christmas.
OVERNIGHT SHIPPING: We use UPS Next Day Air for overnight deliveries to most U.S. addresses. It is ideal for shipments that must arrive the next business day. It is a time-definite service or your money back. You can also choose USPS Express Mail 1-2 day service which offers delivery 365 days a year with no Saturday delivery charges, residential surcharges, or fuel surcharges. Sunday and holiday deliveries are available to many ZIP Codes. For additional safety, the optional and free Express Mail “Hold For Pickup” service lets you have your shipment held at any Post Office to await pickup. Express Mail pricing is competitive, provides $100 in insurance, and has tracking information.
SHIPPING NOTIFICATION: If we have it in stock, your order will be sent within 24 hours. All orders, except sheets and body suits, are shipped within 2-4 days. Stretch sheet and body suit orders are shipped within 7-10 days. The timeframe is shown on each product page. We send three email notifications during the processing of your order. The first email you receive will be sent at the time you place your order notifying you that your order has been received by our system. The second email you will receive is sent when we complete your order and ready it for shipping. The third email you receive will notify you that your order has been shipped and will include the delivery confirmation number. There is only one shipment for an entire order. At this time we can only ship to one address per order.
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES: We will contact you to correct the shipping address. Additional shipping charges will apply if you entered the wrong delivery address.
