SHIPPING COSTS: We think it should be easy to get products into your home that you’ll feel good about owning, so we made our shipping costs pretty straight-forward: For all orders shipping is a flat $5.99 anywhere in the USA. We do not charge any hidden handling fee or other excessive charges. If you would like your package insured, please contact us for the current rate. We believe in a honest, fair and reasonable shipping rate for our customers.
WE USE USPS: All products are sent USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. We will email you a tracking number when you items are shipped so you can track the delivery from our door to yours. Because we use USPS, we can ship to PO Boxes for a more secure delivery. Our packages typically reach the majority of our customers in 1 to 3 days! and deliveries are made on Saturday.
OVERNIGHT SHIPPING: We use USPS Express Mail overnight delivery to most U.S. addresses, including PO Boxes. Express Mail service offers delivery 365 days a year with no Saturday delivery charges, residential surcharges, or fuel surcharges. Sunday and holiday delivery is available to many ZIP Codes. For additional safety, the optional and free Express Mail “Hold For Pickup” service lets you have your shipment held at any Post Office to await pickup. Express Mail pricing is competitive, provides $100 in insurance and has tracking information.
SHIPPING TO CANADA: Orders to Canada can be shipped one of two ways: 1) Priority Mail International-includes tracking number and takes 7-10 shipping days. 2) First Class Package International-includes tracking number, package weight up to 64oz, and takes 14-21 shipping days. If your package weighs over 64oz you must use Priority Mail. Customers are responsible for all related duties and taxes for shipments outside the USA.
SHIPPING NOTIFICATION: If we have it in stock, your order will be sent within 24 hours. All orders, except sheets and body suits, are shipped within 2-4 days. Stretch sheet and body suit orders are shipped within 7-10 days. The timeframe is shown on each product page. We send three email notifications during the processing of your order. The first email you receive will be sent at the time you place your order notifying you that your order has been received by our system. The second email you will receive is sent when we complete your order and ready it for shipping. The third email you receive will notify you that your order has been shipped and will include the delivery confirmation number. There is only one shipment for an entire order. At this time we can only ship to one address per order.
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES: We will contact you to correct the shipping address. Additional shipping charges will apply if you entered the wrong delivery address.
