With our Faceless Sleezy, you can train your mini’s mane and protect his shoulders from blanket rub marks and sunburn without causing unnecessary stress. Accordion pleats in our headless horse hood allow for extra room when your horse puts his head down to eat. The throatlatch opening is reinforced and fully adjustable, with a wide Velcro strap that can’t be rubbed open or slide down the neck.

This Miniature Horse Faceless Sleezy comes with your choice of an ABS side-release buckle or Velcro closure on the girth strap. Both closures come with an extra-wide and comfortable girth strap.

Easy on/Easy off

In general, most minis tolerate things pulled over their heads. Therefore, your mini’s faceless sleezy is simple to put on. Firstly, open the wide Velcro on the neck opening, putting your horse’s head through. Slide it down to the shoulders. Close the girth strap on the side. Adjust the Velcro neck opening at the throatlatch, snuggly, to prevent the slinky from sliding down. If you have an overlap of the Velcro, you can trim off the excess. Finally, your faceless sleazy should fit smoothly, like swimwear, but not too tight to create a rub.

Care

Your faceless lycra hood for minis contains 80% nylon/ 20% Lycra. Therefore, it is machine washable. Air dries fast. Also, follow our simple Care Instructions for best results.
