Our customized fit system ensures your horse gets the fit you’re looking for—no one-size-fits-all like the other brands! What’s more, miniature horse and pony sizes cost less. Note: If your horse wears a 78″ blanket and is narrow or average, he would wear a large. On the other hand, if your horse is wide, he would wear an X-large. In general, most horses tolerate things around their heads. Therefore, putting on your horse’s Halloween costume is easy to do. First of all, open the full-length zipper and Velcro® belly band. Then, lay the middle of the sleazy along your horse’s top line. Your horse’s eyes and ears should be in the middle of the holes. If not, the slinky could rub and cause discomfort. Starting at the bottom of the chest, zip up the chest zipper. Then, tighten the noseband Velcro®, otherwise, the head portion may shift. Finally, straighten the back seam until it runs down the middle of the back, and close the Velcro® belly band. Your costume slinky should fit smoothly, like swimwear, over your horse’s head and neck, but not too tight to create a rub.
Your horse costume contains 80% nylon/ 20% spandex fabric. Therefore, it is machine washable and air dries fast. Also, follow our simple Care Instructions for best results.
