Sizing
Our customized-fit system ensures your mini gets the fit you’re looking for. No one-size-fits-all like the other brands! But your mini isn’t average? Call us or use this Measuring Guide.
Easy on/Easy off
In general, most minis tolerate things pulled over their heads. Therefore, the face mask is easy to put on. First, pull on over your mini’s head. Center the eyes in the middle of the holes. Then, make sure his ears are in the holes’ center. Finally, adjust the noseband to keep the slinky face mask in place. Finally, your mask should fit smooth, like swimwear, on the mini’s head, but not too tight to create a rub.
Care
Your miniature horse face sleazy contains 80% nylon/ 20% spandex fabric. Therefore, it is machine washable and air dries fast. Also, follow our simple Care Instructions for best results. Wash your face mask at least once a week to prevent a buildup of bacteria.
A Mare’s Story:
“Hi! Can you help me? I suffer from severe photosensitivity. My pink skin under my white face is blistered, cracked, burnt and hurts something terrible. Help!”
OUCH!!
DOUBLE OUCH!!
This mare’s owner put her on a special diet that seemed to help but was also using a Sleezy Mask. “It is visibly apparent that the skin protected from the mask is healing better, with hair growth, than the unprotected. I have also tried stalling her, which she hates. It (the Mask) is also very attractive and holding up well too (she wears it constantly). I believe that it is comfortable for her too as she does not appear to try and rub it off. My mare’s hair has actually started growing back in the places that were covered by the mask.”
