Our exclusive design Mane Tamer is made from the finest quality American-made four-way stretch 80% nylon/20% Lycra available that resists tears, snagging and has excellent memory. Designed to provide a comfortable fit, every Mane Tamer comes with an adjustable noseband with Velcro closure, large eye holes that won't run up into your horse's eyes, three adjustable soft elastic neck straps with buckle closure and, your choice, of an easy-to-fasten ABS side-release buckle or Velcro closure at the horse's girth. Minimum coverage to keep your horse cooler on those hot summer days at the show.

The easiest way to train the mane and provide braid and band protection without using a full sleezy hood. No need to use a halter to hold it in place. Fully adjustable neck straps keeps the mane lying as it dries, "training" the mane and keeping stray hairs in place. Need to make an adjustment to your bands? Just slip your hands underneath...no need to take completely off. Makes banding and braiding quicker and easier.
